In addition to the prestige of putting on that gamer and hooping at the Dean Dome one of the perks of balling at the University of North Carolina is the Player Exclusive footwear that are bestowed upon the players and this Air Jordan XXXVI Low is the latest example.
It sports a university blue upper built of mesh overlaid with a university suede rand. On the navy tongues are seen a Jumpman and a Tar Heel logo, while on the rear pull tab of the same hue, “TAR HEEL” is spelled out while below is another UNC logo. On the lateral ankle is a “NC” tab and on the insole is depicted a multitude of Carolina logos. Underneath resides a a university blue midsole and a Jumpman-clad clear rubber outsole with the same pattern seen on the insole visible below.
Unless Coach Hubert Davis or his assistants are attending your games, the chances of getting your hands on these are unlikely, as a retail release, in this form, is quite slim.
